The National Statistics Office (NSO) is seeking motivated and articulate individuals to join our dynamic team as Part-Time Casual Remote Telephone Interviewers. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to nationally significant statistical surveys.

What You’ll Do

As a telephone interviewer, you will be conducting structured interviews with selected individuals as part of various national surveys. All surveys are conducted via telephone and supported through a laptop.

You’ll work from the comfort of your home, with the support and guidance of the NSO team.

Key Features

• Part-Time Casual Position
• Fully Remote – Ability to work from any quiet environment
• Flexible working hours between 08:30hrs and 12:30hrs, and 16:00hrs and 20:00hrs (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays).
• Attractive compensation:
• Approx. €20 per hour
• Paid training session of up to 6 hours on your first day at €10 per hour (paid upon completion of the project and contract)

• Ongoing support from NSO supervisors throughout your assignment

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set instructions
• Confidence using computers, Microsoft Office 365 Suit and web-based tools
• Access to a quiet environment, and internet connection
• Previous interviewing or customer service experience is considered an asset, but not compulsory
