This Product Owner opportunity offers you the chance to join a fast-growing AI consultancy firm in Malta. As Product Owner, you will play a central role in shaping both client-facing solutions and internal product initiatives. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams, you will take ownership of the product backlog, drive delivery priorities, and ensure that development efforts remain aligned with business objectives and user needs.

This Product Owner role offers genuine ownership across the full product lifecycle. You will be involved from early discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery, user feedback, and continuous improvement, allowing you to make a visible impact on both products and business outcomes.

You will:

• Own and prioritise product backlogs across multiple concurrent projects.
• Translate business requirements into clear User Stories and deliverable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to scope, plan, and deliver solutions.

Skills / Experience:

• 2+ years' experience working as a Product Owner.
• Experience delivering software products in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Salary / Remuneration: €40,000 + Benefits + Hybrid Working + Flexible Hours
