&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JOB PURPOSE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for liaising with internal departments as well as regulatory bodies to implement and maintain standards, whilst conducting audits.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. Monitoring operations, particularly dairy processing, packaging, and quality control.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Developing, updating, and implementing documentation related to processing, quality assurance and food safety management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Having a key role in the accreditation and certification of MDP’s operations, quality assurance and food safety management systems.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Generating, updating, and managing an audit program related to the above.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Applying knowledge of local regulations and company policies to assure compliance along all the products.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1. A key understanding of HACCP, quality and food safety management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. Post-graduate Degree in a food science related subject.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. Knowledge of, and experience with, ISO 9001 standards shall be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;4. Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;5. Excellent research skills.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;6. Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Maltese.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;7. Analytical thinking&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8. Project management&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;9. Effective problem-solving abilities&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10. Good Interpersonal skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;11. Rigorous attention to detail&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;12. Excellent organisation skills&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
