This new position will see you making important decisions alongside the Risk Manager, developing your critical thinking and management skills. In this role, you will work closely with management in the decision-making of the business, enabling you to develop your leadership skills in fast-paced environments. With flexible working hours and hybrid work, this will allow you more freedom in your day-to-day life.

You will:

• Provide support across Risk Management activities.
• Assist with identifying, assessing and monitoring key business risks.
• Support risk assessments, risk mapping and the monitoring of key risk indicators.
• Help build and promote a strong risk culture across the business.
• Get involved in a range of risk management projects and regulatory requirements as needed.

Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Insurance, Finance, Mathematics or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience within Risk.
• Financial services experience would be a plus.

Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 (Depending on Experience)

• Health insurance, parking, phone allowance and hybrid work.
