JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
Diamonds International, part of BLUEROCK Group, is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor. This role demands exceptional customer service skills and the ability to drive sales. Ideal candidates will have a passion for luxury goods, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication abilities.

EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in Maltese and English
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally in a high-volume setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer experiences.
- Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome customers and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Assist customers in selecting products that align with their preferences and needs.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Provide detailed product information and educate customers about our product range.
- Accurately and efficiently handle transactions using our point-of-sale system.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet sales and customer service objectives.
- Attend training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
