    	        	Our client, a reputable legal firm, is currently looking to recruit a Corporate and M&amp;amp;A Senior Associate to join their team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Take ownership of complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions from start to finish.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Lead cross-border M&amp;amp;A and corporate restructuring projects, overseeing all stages from due diligence through to execution.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft and negotiate high-value transactional documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and restructuring instruments.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide ongoing mentorship and ad hoc internal training to junior lawyers, fostering talent and knowledge sharing within the team.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain long-term relationships with global corporate clients, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with partners on strategic business development and client engagement initiatives.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage and lead legal due diligence exercises across various industries.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stay up to date with developments in local and international corporate law to ensure a cutting-edge legal approach.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A warranted lawyer with a minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law, ideally with a strong focus on M&amp;amp;A.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience in leading cross-border transactions and managing high-value corporate deals.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and mentor junior professionals.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Commercially minded, highly organised, and client-focused.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
