Senior Concierge

Our client, a luxury boutique hotel in Valletta is looking for a Senior Concierge to lead the day-to-day running of the team.

The role
Arranging restaurant reservations, transfers, private tours, tickets and experiences, offering trusted local recommendations, handling special requests and occasions, and building relationships with suppliers and venues across the island. Working closely with front office, housekeeping and F&B to keep the guest experience seamless. Assisting and filling in for Senior Front office members when necessary.

What we are looking for

• Previous supervisory experience as a Concierge, butler or F&B service is required
• Confident leading a small team and coaching on the job
• Fluent English, spoken and written (essential)
• Maltese is an advantage
• Currently living in Malta, ideally for the past 3 years or more (Required)
• Eligible to work in Malta
• Impeccably presented, discreet and calm under pressure
• Available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
