A leading hospitality organisation with a strong brand presence is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation, creating an opportunity for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in its technology evolution. As the company continues to grow, invest in new facilities and implement modern platforms, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that directly influence the future of its IT landscape. This role offers exposure to large-scale transformation projects, including ERP evolution, infrastructure improvements and the adoption of new technologies within a dynamic international environment.

You will join a growing IT team of four professionals, working closely with the CTO and becoming a trusted technology partner in supporting the organisation’s infrastructure strategy. With a coordination-focused role and strong visibility across the business, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions, share your expertise and develop your leadership capabilities while collaborating with colleagues across different technology areas.

In this position, you will focus on strengthening and evolving the company’s core infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure and scalable IT operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to modern technologies, including Microsoft solutions, Oracle NetSuite, Opera and cloud platforms, while contributing to digital transformation projects and the implementation of new tools. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional who wants to combine technical expertise with strategic involvement and grow alongside an expanding organisation.

You will:

• Manage core IT infrastructure operations

Skills and Experience

• 2-4 years of professional experience in senior system administration or infrastructure engineering roles
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, Windows environments and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure
  • CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge with experience supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions

Salary / Remuneration: €50,000 - €55,000 + benefits
