&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Job Role&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a Spa Massage &amp;amp; Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of high-quality treatments including massages, facials, and beauty services. You will play a key role in creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver a wide range of massage techniques such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy Massage or other Spa Treatments, in line with our established protocols.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform personalized Body and Beauty treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome every guest with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure a spotless, tranquil, and well-organized spa environment at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support daily spa operations, including the opening and closing of Spa Areas, following set procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Promote and sell spa products and treatments confidently and knowledgeably.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain an in-depth understanding of our beauty and wellness product range to make informed recommendations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactively suggest treatment upgrades and retail products to enhance the client experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide expert after-treatment advice and recommend suitable products to support continued care at home.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep up to date with health and safety protocols issued by the company and ensures that these are followed at all times&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Any other tasks commensurate to the role.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Certified in massage and beauty therapy (ITEC or equivalent)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong self-management and professionalism&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent customer service and sales skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Friendly, positive attitude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Very good spoken and written English&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
