JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Watchmaker to join our luxury retail division in Malta.
This position is suited to a skilled, hands-on professional who takes pride in precision workmanship and delivering high standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing premium and luxury timepieces within our brand portfolio.
*full-time indefinite
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Full servicing and overhaul of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements
- Fault diagnosis and precision repair to manufacturer standards
- Regulation, timing adjustments, casing, and final quality control
- Technical assessment of after-sales pieces and preparation of service reports
- Maintaining detailed documentation of all work undertaken
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and technical protocols
EDUCATIONAL AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Formal qualification in watchmaking from a recognised horological institution
- Experience working with high-end luxury timepieces
- Strong understanding of movement construction and complications
- Organised, dependable, and quality-driven
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
