&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a reliable, practical and hardworking &lt;strong&gt;Handyman&lt;/strong&gt; to assist with the general maintenance and upkeep of our short-let rental properties.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Position:&lt;/strong&gt; Full-time or Part-time (morning hours)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main duties include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- General painting and touch-ups.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Sealing bathrooms, kitchens and other areas when required.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Changing light bulbs and carrying out minor maintenance tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- General property upkeep and basic repairs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Ensuring properties are kept in good condition.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Lifting and carrying items when necessary.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Valid driving licence (essential).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Practical, hands-on approach to work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Reliable, punctual and organised.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Able to work independently and take initiative.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and carrying.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Previous experience in general maintenance or handyman work would be an advantage.&lt;/p&gt;
