
Accommodations Administrative Coordinator

Our client, operating within the transportation sector, is seeking to recruit an Accommodation Administrative Coordinator.
The primary purpose of this job position is to manage and facilitate all lodging and rest arrangements for employees during their work assignments. This role is focused on ensuring that employees who require accommodation have access to suitable, safe, and comfortable accommodations, which is essential for their well-being and safety.
Important: This is a Monday to Friday position. However, the role requires you to be available to respond to emergencies outside of normal working hours, including weekends, as part of an on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:

Meet and greet foreign recruits.

Responding to emergencies after hours and on weekends based on an on-call roster.

Ensuring adherence of tenants to rules and regulations established by the Company.

Inspect apartments for cleanliness and maintenance if needed.

Report and follow through on tenants’ requirements.

Maintaining efficient and up to date records on tenants’ movements, including scanning of signed documents and updating the HR Department with any changes in accommodation tenancy.

Collect water and electricity meters readings.

Handling the administration of the Accommodations main mailbox.

Dealing with employee complaints and/or requirements, including reply and addressing issues reported in the Accommodations main mailbox in a professional and in a timely manner.

Issuing reports as required.

Liaising with third party contractors to ensure cleaning and maintenance is kept up to standard.

Issuing PO to suppliers, and/or charges to tenants accordingly.

Preparing cleaning and maintenance schedules for each apartment.

Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time

Handle any other task or project assigned by the management
Requirements:

Minimum 'O' level standard of education.

Driving license B.

Preferably holds 1 year experience of working in Real Estate, Condominium Management, hotel reservations or a similar environment.
