Accountant

Our client, a Corporate Services Provider, is currently looking to recruit an Accountant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounting records for a portfolio of clients;
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns;
• Liaising with company auditors;
• Preparation of corporate tax returns;
• Taking an active role in client relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy (or equivalent) or at the final stages of ACCA qualification;
• Past experience in handling a portfolio of clients is considered an asset;
• Detailed oriented and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.

Benefits:

• Summer office hours – they close at 2.30 on Fridays during Summer. Kindly note that this is not deducted from the employee’s vacation leave entitlement;
• Study leave – 3 days per exam (on first attempt) – where applicable;
• MIA subscription;
• CPE training requirements.
