Associate Lawyer - Aviation

Our client, a reputable law firm in Malta, is looking to expand its legal team with the addition of an Associate Lawyer – Aviation. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and support on aviation law matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate aviation-related contracts and agreements.
• Assist clients with aircraft registration, licensing, and regulatory approvals.
• Represent clients with dispute resolutions and negotiations related to aviation law.
• Stay updated on industry developments, legislation, and case law affecting the aviation sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including government authorities and aviation regulators.

Requirements:

• Fully warranted lawyer with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum two years of legal experience, ideally within aviation, corporate, or regulatory law.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
• A keen interest in the aviation industry and its legal framework.
