    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, a reputable law firm in Malta, is looking to expand its legal team with the addition of an Associate Lawyer – Financial Services. The firm is currently seeking to recruit an highly motivated lawyer with an interest in Corporate Law, Financial Services and Corporate Markets.&amp;nbsp;This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Advise clients in respect of Corporate, Banking, Regulatory, Finance and Transactional matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist with the licensing and on-going compliance obligations of regulated entities, including collective investment schemes and investment firms.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Guide entities&amp;nbsp;in or accessing the Capital Markets.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A recognized legal qualification
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;At least 2 years PQE.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong academic preparation and grounding in Civil, Corporate and Commercial Law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience working in or with the Financial Services industry will be considered an asset.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to work diligently under pressure.
