Associate - Technology & Data Enablement

Our client, a leading professional services firm, is looking for an Associate -  Technology & Data Enablement to join its growing IT team.

The Associate will be assisting the IT team and providing internal support to the firm's employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to internal end users.

• Keep track of issues and queries raised by end users through our ticket Service Desk.

• Investigate and resolve IT related issues.

• Administer IT systems.

• Monitor backup and perform restore operations.

• Monitor vulnerabilities on all IT Assets and Deploy patches and updates as necessary.

• Preparation of laptops and installation of company applications.

• Offer any other ICT related support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in ICT related studies.

• Strong experience with MS Office Applications.

• Basic experience with Microsoft 365.

• Ability to think logically.

• Good communications skill.

• Strong customer service ethos.

• Ability to work well with people.

• Excellent organisational skills.
