&lt;h3&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h3&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Receive and inspect all incoming stock for quality and quantity.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Organise, label, and store goods neatly and safely.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Issue supplies to departments using the FIFO method.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate records using inventory systems or manual logs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep storage areas clean, safe, and well-organised at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with periodic stock counts and reconcile with system records.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Coordinate deliveries, returns, and communicate with suppliers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Dispose of expired or damaged goods per hotel procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle perishable items according to food safety standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Liaise with other departments to meet stock needs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Load/unload deliveries and perform manual handling tasks when required.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Experience with inventory systems and stock procedures.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent time management and ability to work independently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluent in English, both spoken and written.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic computer skills (Excel, POS, inventory software).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Valid &lt;strong&gt;EU driving licence&lt;/strong&gt; is required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards (especially for food and chemicals).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with F&amp;amp;B items is an asset (e.g., pork, Chardonnay, Merlot, etc.).&lt;/li&gt;
