About This Job

Our client is looking for a Compliance Administrator who will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the compliance department. This role involves managing daily office tasks, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and assisting with project coordination, updating of software and filing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting and supporting the Compliance and Onboarding Team;
  • Handling of mail, coordinating delivery and receipts of couriers;
  • Assisting the Compliance Team with data entry upkeep of software, client’s database and files;
  • Scanning and naming of documents, photocopying, filing and general upkeep of files and records;
  • Assisting with client due diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) checks in line with AML regulations.
  • Conducting risk assessments on new and existing clients.
  • Carrying out screening on prospective or existing clients.
  • Supporting the compliance team with the review and verification of identification documents, company structures, and source of wealth/funds.
  • Supporting the compliance team in monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring firm-wide adherence to policies.
  • Supporting with internal audits and regulatory reporting as required.
  • Preparation and submission of various files;
  • Taking on reception duties as and when required;
  • Any other administrative tasks as may be assigned by Management.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, especially in English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
  • Able to meet deadlines and providing quality of service to clients
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Command of any other languages would be considered an asset
  • Strong curiosity, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
