Corporate and Commercial Lawyer

AIMS International Malta is thrilled to be working with a our client operating within the legal atmosphere. They are seeking to strengthen their legal team with the addition of a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer.

Responsibilities:

• Advises private and institutional clients regarding complex transactions and disputes that require a high level of legal expertise and experience.
• Be a team player capable of managing clients and their needs under the direction of a partner.
• Communicate effectively and competently, providing sound advice aligned with clients’ expectations.
• Represent clients in Court if required, and to travel overseas for conferences or client assignments.

Requirements:

• A warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta.
• At least two (2) years of experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Maltese, additional languages are an asset.
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and drive.
• Career-oriented, with ambition to develop progressively within the Firm.
