    	        	Our client, a leading business law firm in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit Corporate &amp;amp; Financial Services Lawyers to join their dynamic team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Advise clients on a wide range of corporate, financial services, and banking-related matters, including company formation, regulatory licensing, governance, and structuring.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and financial agreements.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support clients through M&amp;amp;A transactions, reorganisations, and corporate restructurings.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Liaise with local and international regulatory authorities, including the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), on licensing, compliance, and other regulatory matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide legal advice on compliance with corporate and financial legislation and guidance on best practices.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct and manage legal due diligence exercises across multiple sectors.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver strategic legal solutions and maintain long-term business relationships.

&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A warrant to practice law in Malta.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A minimum of 3 years&#039; post-qualification experience in corporate, finance, or financial services law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong academic background in civil, corporate, and financial services law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle competing priorities effectively.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Commercially driven and committed to professional excellence.
