    	        	&lt;p&gt;AIMS International Malta is honoured to be assisting one of our clients who are seeking to grow their compliance team by adding a Junior AML Analyst.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Establishment and ongoing management of companies relocating to or from Malta.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and joint venture arrangements.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advising on directors’ duties, corporate governance practices, and regulatory compliance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Handling mergers and acquisitions transactions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Managing the issuance of equity and debt securities on regulated markets, as well as secondary offerings.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advising on insolvency and corporate restructuring matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing counsel on a wide range of general corporate and commercial law issues.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;A Law degree and a warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A proactive approach with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
