About This Job

Our client in the maritime industry is looking for a Crew Concierge. The chosen candidate would serve as the primary point of contact between the shipyard, vessel crews, captains, owners, and guests during refit, repair, and maintenance projects. The candidate would be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience by coordinating logistics, accommodation, transportation, and day-to-day support services for crew members and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist crew members, captains, owners, and guests upon arrival at the shipyard.
  • Act as the main point of contact for crew-related requests and support services.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements, including taxis, airport transfers, car rentals, and shuttle services.
  • Arrange accommodation, travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and other concierge services.
  • Support crews with local administrative requirements and practical day-to-day needs.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to urgent requests and changing operational needs.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, crew members, and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and operational departments to facilitate smooth communication between the shipyard and vessel crews.
  • Monitor service quality and gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with the organization of events, meetings, and crew engagement activities.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Concierge Services, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Yacht Services, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience within the yachting, marina, shipyard, refit, or luxury hospitality sectors is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to work in an international and customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Additional languages are considered an advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Professional, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients and crew members.
