Extract and manage data from client platforms to create invoices.\n\t
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports.\n\t
Update company details across various client platforms as needed.\n\t
Track incoming and outgoing funds, along with overseeing debt collection.\n\t
Communicate regularly with accounting managers across different platforms.\n\t
Issue and distribute revenue invoices based on extracted data and client requests.\n\t
Organize and file hard-copy documentation.\n\t
Provide support to the accounting team as necessary.\n\t
Ensure smooth client services and assist with administrative tasks.\n
\nQualifications:\n\n

Previous experience in a similar role is not required but is considered a plus.\n\t
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.\n\t
Fluent in both English and Maltese.\n\t
Proficient in MS Office applications.\n\t
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.\n\t
Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\t
