Finance Manager

Our client, a well-established Corporate Services Provider based in Malta, is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

This role involves managing daily accounting, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring regulatory adherence while supporting strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, including financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Manage cash flow and bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT filings, and audit.
• Develop internal financial controls and policies.
• Support senior leadership with financial insights and decision-making.
• Manage finance team
• Issue monthly management accounts on a timely basis

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or a similar qualification
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented person
