Handling of documents to be sent by the courier.\n\t
Handling of all outbound/registered and inbound post.\n\t
Assist walk-in clients.\n\t
Answering calls and assisting with client queries.\n\t
Handling meetings calendar.\n\t
Preparing Board and meeting rooms before every scheduled meeting.\n\t
Assisting the Teams with scanning and naming of documents, photocopying, filing and general upkeep of files and records.\n\t
Assisting the Teams with daily administration of companies.\n\t
Assisting the Teams with various corporate transactions, including drafting of documentation and liaising with relevant parties/authorities, coordinating signing of documents internally and externally.\n\t
Assisting the Teams with preparation and submission of various filings.\n\t
Liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors and other service providers or authorities on behalf of the Team and the clients.\n\t
Any other administrative tasks as may be assigned by the Teams or management.\n

Requirements:

\n\t
Experience in a similar post would be regarded as an asset and applicants must be willing to learn and have a \"can do\" approach.\n\t
Have an excellent command of written and spoken English with great telephone manner.\n\t
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.\n\t
Great attention to detail and highly organised, proactive individual, capable of working on your own initiative whilst being a dedicated team player.\n\t
Academic qualification is considered an asset.\n
