Head of Accounts

AIMS International Malta is excited to partner with a leading Business Advisory firm, renowned for its operations across multiple industries. They are looking to enhance their Accounting team by bringing on board an experienced Head of Accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Manage client relationships, including budgeting and scheduling of client engagements.
• Ensure high standards of quality control in all financial processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute actively to the firm’s strategic planning and the execution of its business goals.
• Uphold the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
• Demonstrate a results-driven, process-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• ACCA or a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
• CPA warrant or equivalent professional qualification;
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role;
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Advanced knowledge of various accounting software;
• Proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong asset.
