
About This Job
Our client, a company offering accounting, audit and corporate services in Malta, is currently looking to recruit an HR Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening CVs, conducting initial screening calls, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Coordinate the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, bi-annual, and annual timesheet reports, ensuring data accuracy across systems.
- Support the monthly payroll process by generating payroll reports, checking payslips, and preparing payroll submissions.
- Maintain and update the Employee Cost Database and other HR reports.
- Manage and maintain employee records, contracts, benefits, and HR documentation in line with GDPR requirements.
- Support post-probation processes, including probation reviews and health insurance administration.
- Process employee reimbursements and disbursements, including training courses, subscriptions, and memberships.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries from employees.
- Liaise with external entities regarding funding schemes and professional accreditation requirements.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and HR processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the overall HR function.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR or HR Administration role.
- Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR administration processes.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience using HRIS and payroll systems will be considered an asset.
- Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
