Oversee and manage all internal HR functions across the organization\n\t
Collaborate with department heads to assess and fulfill recruitment needs\n\t
Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to selection\n\t
Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences and deliver induction sessions for new employees\n\t
Manage daily HR administration, including employment contracts and personnel records\n\t
Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and employee concerns\n\t
Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures\n\t
Coordinate team-building events and employee engagement initiatives\n\t
Process and manage internal payroll in a timely and accurate manner\n\t
Administer and track leave entitlements, including vacation and sick leave\n\t
Draft and manage employment-related documentation as needed\n

Previous experience in a similar HR role in Malta is essential\n\t
An HR or Payroll qualification is considered a strong asset\n\t
Excellent written and spoken English is required due to the nature of the role\n\t
Solid understanding of Maltese employment law\n\t
Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding organizational and time-management skills\n\t
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure\n\t
Punctual, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team\n
