- Managing your own pipeline: tracking enquiries through to signature, and reporting on conversion.
- Supporting with business strategy.
Application management
- Running applications end-to-end.
- Assembling and stress testing source of wealth and source of funds documentation before it reaches the authorities.
- Managing the due diligence process and responding to Agency queries, clarification requests and adverse findings.

- Liaising with Residency Malta Agency, Komunità Malta, Identità, the Commissioner for Revenue and the Public Registry.
- Keeping clients informed at every stage and managing expectations honestly when timelines slip.
- Contributing to internal training and to the firm's published regulatory updates.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should bring 2+ years of experience working on Malta's high value residence programmes and citizenship frameworks.
- Direct experience of source of wealth and due diligence documentation for high-net-worth applicants.
- A track record of client-facing work.
- Fluent written and spoken English to a standard suitable for advising sophisticated international clients.
- Strong organisational judgement, with the ability to run multiple live files independently.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Considered an asset
- A degree in law, or a strong background in tax or private client advisory.
- Experience of a competing jurisdiction's programmes — Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, the Caribbean, the UAE.
What They Offer:
You will join a small, senior immigration function inside a firm covering audit, tax, corporate services and accounting — which means your clients' cross-border tax and structuring questions get answered in-house rather than referred out. The department is being built, not maintained. There is real scope to shape how it develops and to grow into a leadership position s it does.
Upon successful completion of probation:
- Private Health Insurance
- Summer Hours
- Hybrid work
- Referral Program
