    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, a boutique Law firm&amp;nbsp;is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented &lt;strong&gt;Junior&amp;nbsp;Associate&lt;/strong&gt; to join their&amp;nbsp;team on a full-time basis. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic environment, providing exposure&amp;nbsp;within th&lt;strong&gt;e &lt;/strong&gt;Aviation and Maritime legal sectors.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Provide a broad range of legal and administrative support across the firm’s practice areas.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Assist with legal matters within the Corporate, Aviation, and Maritime sectors.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Support senior lawyers in the preparation, review, and filing of legal documents and contracts.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Participate in various legal processes and client services, gaining hands-on experience across multiple sectors.&lt;/p&gt;
	
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;A University Degree in Law and a valid local warrant to practice.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Minimum 1 year of experience in a law firm or CSP environment.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Strong understanding of Company Law and corporate governance practices.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;A proactive, can-do attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Prior experience in corporate, legal, compliance, or accountancy settings will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
	
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
