Junior Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Junior Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in line with budget and technical requirements..

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers to ensure the proper execution of projects. 
• Define the purpose and objectives of each project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project implementation plans and monitor their execution.
• Supervise all aspects of the project lifecycle.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, work plans, and associated costs. 
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. 
• Report issues to management as needed. 
• Perform all tasks related to the assigned role.
• Ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget.
• Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery. 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is considered an asset. 
• A bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or similar relevant experience, preferably within the marine sector or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team leadership aptitude.
