    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, a leading CSP, is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer to join their Legal Team.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Due to the growing demand within their corporate services portfolio, we are seeking a full-time lawyer specializing in corporate services.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Assisting and collaborating with a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds on corporate transactions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Vetting, drafting, negotiating, and advising on corporate and regulatory instruments.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assisting in the planning and implementation of corporate restructurings.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Supporting compliance efforts arising from ongoing supervision processes.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reviewing commercial agreements and corporate documents.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintaining good corporate governance across our client’s client portfolio.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Providing regulatory advice to our client’s clients.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Engaging in discussions and interactions with our client’s portfolio.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Formulating solutions to client issues.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conducting legal research on specific areas of law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Drafting and preparing written deliverables for clients.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Contributing to articles and content on corporate and commercial law, and related areas.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Hold a University Degree in Law.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Possess a warrant to practice law in Malta.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Have experience in the corporate industry of 1 to 2 years.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be proficient and fluent in both written and verbal English, with additional languages being considered an asset.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be organized and able to perform demanding transactions.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Be willing to work effectively and develop within the Firm.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Have a professional mindset and excellent communication skills.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
