Legal Counsel

AIMS International Malta is assisting one of our clients with the strengthening of their legal team with the addition of a legal counsel member.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for legal inquiries related to company operations, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
• Manage and advise on corporate and trust services, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
• Draft, review, and revise corporate documents, commercial agreements, and company policies to align with business objectives.
• Partner with the Director overseeing legal matters to shape the company’s legal strategy and framework.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in a comparable role, preferably within corporate or financial services.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Expertise in drafting and reviewing legal documents with strong attention to detail.
