&lt;p&gt;BT Commercial Ltd — leaders in the Air Conditioning, Heating &amp;amp; Ventilation, and Photovoltaic sectors — is seeking a &lt;strong&gt;Mechanical Engineer and/or Draughtsperson and/or Quantity Surveyor&lt;/strong&gt; to join our growing technical team on a full-time basis.\&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Carry out engineering calculations to support proposals and design work&lt;br&gt;• Prepare, review, and revise technical drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software&lt;br&gt;• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, vendors, and contractors&lt;br&gt;• Prepare detailed documentation and maintain records throughout the project lifecycle&lt;br&gt;• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget&lt;br&gt;• Inspect, check and revise shop drawings and submitted documents for adherence to specifications&lt;br&gt;• Investigate site conditions to ensure compliance with design standards and drafting guidelines&lt;br&gt;• Develop design plans, schematics, fabrication drawings, and system layout segments&lt;br&gt;• Work closely with other trades to align design requirements and coordinate project deliverables&lt;br&gt;• Ensure all project requirements and specifications are achieved within scheduled timeframes&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, engineering standards, and relevant codes&lt;br&gt;• Solid understanding of plumbing layouts, design principles, routing, elevations, and sloping (essential)&lt;br&gt;• Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing construction practices&lt;br&gt;• Ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly across assigned projects&lt;br&gt;• Skilled in reviewing and interpreting shop drawings and technical submittals&lt;br&gt;• Strong documentation and technical coordination skills&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field&lt;br&gt;• Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent)&lt;br&gt;• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities&lt;br&gt;• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team&lt;br&gt;• Self-motivated, with strong organisational skills&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary package ranging between €18,000 – €23,000 per annum&lt;/strong&gt; depending on experience&lt;/li&gt;
