Mid-Senior Associate - Corporate & Aviation Law

Our client, a boutique Law firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mid-Senior Associate to join their team on a full-time basis. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to develop within a dynamic environment, providing exposure within the Aviation and Maritime legal sectors.

Responsibilities :

• Provide a wide range of legal and administrative support across the firm’s practice areas.

• Assist in matters related to Corporate, Aviation, and Maritime law, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Prepare, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and company forms.

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting opinions, reports, and correspondence.

• Liaise with clients, authorities, and external stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.

Requirements :

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. 
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with little supervision and motivated to help grow the team and firm portfolio.
• A can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Maltese).
• A valid driving license.
• A university degree in law and a valid warrant to practice.
• A minimum of three years’ working experience in a similar environment.
• Previous experience working with a corporate services provider, corporate, legal, compliance or accountancy environment is required.
