Non-Motor Claims Handler

Our client, a well-established insurance company in Malta, is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Non-Motor Claims Handler. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specific objectives as assigned upon appointment.
• Manage all claims within the assigned file allocation according to group Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Gather and process information to support the assessment of more complex cases.
• Handle a portfolio of recovery files.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Senior Management or the Core team.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Keen interest in developing skills in insurance and claims management.
• High attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
