    	        	Our client a reputable insurance company is looking for a &lt;strong&gt;Non-Motor&amp;nbsp;Claims Handler&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;to efficiently and professionally handle of non-motor claims from FNOL through to final settlement, ensuring adherence to policy terms and corporate claims procedures. This role primarily involves processing claims related to Household and Private Marine, ensuring a proactive and customer-centric approach.&lt;br&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities :&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Register and assess new claims in accordance with policy coverage.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage claims related to Household and Private Marine lines.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Maintain accurate and thorough claims documentation and records.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Establish and maintain effective communication with brokers, clients, and external stakeholders.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Investigate and assess potential fraudulent claims.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Facilitate prompt and accurate processing of claim payments within delegated authority limits.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct proactive claims reviews to ensure efficient case management.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support ongoing claims process improvements and optimization initiatives.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist team members by handling delegated tasks as required.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Evaluate claims within the framework of policy terms and company guidelines.&amp;nbsp;

&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 1 year experience in handling insurance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;High level of accuracy and attention to detail in claims handling.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in MS Office systems required.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Effective multitasking ability, ensuring the efficient management of multiple claims.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong team collaboration skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.&amp;nbsp;
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Good understanding of cost control measures and adherence to delegated settlement&amp;nbsp;authorities.
