
About This Job
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is currently seeking to recruit a Payroll Associate to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Support with the management of a Portfolio of clients, including set-up, coordination of clients and issuance of bills;
- Handling of monthly payroll including coordination of payments to employees;
- Handling and coordination of payroll related payments to third parties;
- Handling of engagement processes in relation to new employees and terminations of employment with the payroll process;
- Preparing forms and documents for clients;
- Registration of new companies with the IRD and Jobsplus;
- Registration of new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus;
- Termination of employees with Jobsplus and IRD;
- Assisting clients with any payroll related issues;
- Internal coordination to assess clients' needs;
- Any other related matters.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of Shireburn Indigo as a payroll platform
- Courses in payroll considered an asset
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Have an eye for detail and organisational skills
