About This Job

AIMS International is assisting one of our clients, a well-established CSP in Malta, in recruiting a Payroll Technician.

As a Payroll Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing payroll for multiple clients, including calculations, deductions, and adjustments
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labour laws
  • Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments
  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date payroll records and reports
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize payroll processes and enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A certificate in payroll administration
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
