Key Responsibilities

Guest Rooms

• Clean assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds and replace bed linen as required.
• Dust and polish all furniture and surfaces.
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces.
• Empty rubbish bins and replace bin liners.
• Replenish guest amenities, tea and coffee supplies, and toiletries.
• Replace towels and bathroom linen.
• Check room equipment and ensure everything is functioning properly.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and floors.
• Refill soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other guest supplies.
• Ensure bathrooms are hygienic and odor-free.

Guest Service

• Greet guests politely and professionally.
• Respect guest privacy and follow "Do Not Disturb" procedures.
• Respond courteously to guest requests or direct them to the appropriate department.
• Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
