    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, operating within the transportation sector, is seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Sales Agent &lt;/strong&gt;to join their team.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
The primary purpose of this role is to maximise sales opportunities while delivering excellent customer service and identifying ways to improve sales performance.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
The Sales Agent will be responsible for selling non-personalised travel cards at the company&#039;s Sales Offices, primarily to tourists. This includes products such as 3-day and 7-day travel passes, ferry passes, and other ticketing solutions, while ensuring customers receive accurate information and a positive service experience.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;This is a shift-based role organised as follows:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;12-hour shifts&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;One day on, one day off&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Gross annual salary: €18,000–€19,000, depending on experience&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Locations can vary between Valletta, MIA, Sliema and Bugibba which are the locations of our client&#039;s Sales Offices.&lt;/p&gt;
	
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Shift Pattern (depending on location):&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;06:00 - 18:00&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;07:00 - 19:00&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;08.00 - 20:00&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;12:00 - 00.00&lt;/p&gt;
	
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Keeping up-to-date with products and services offered.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Selling all available fares and crediting top ups from the various sales outlets with focus on upselling specific products/services as directed by the company.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Handling cash, top ups, and sales of travel cards.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Closing out sales at the end of each working shift according to current reconciliation procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Ensuring adequate levels of own cards stock and submitting accurate periodical reports as may be required from time to time.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Utilizing company uniform in a clean and maintained manner together with personal hygiene to enhance a positive image.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.&lt;/p&gt;
	
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Preferably one-year previous work experience in a sale related position.&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Ability to work alone and remain self-motivated to meet targets&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Persuasiveness&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Ordinary level of education in Mathematics&lt;/p&gt;
	
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, and preferably Maltese.&lt;/p&gt;
