&lt;p&gt;BT Commercial Ltd, leaders in the air-conditioning, heating, ventilation and photovoltaic sector, are currently seeking to recruit a &lt;strong&gt;Sales Representative&lt;/strong&gt; on a full-time basis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate will form part of the commercial team and will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting the company’s products and solutions, and ensuring that sales targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate will be responsible for:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrating products with the scope of achieving sales&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Promoting and selling the company’s range of &lt;strong&gt;air-conditioning units and heat pump systems&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Using the company’s &lt;strong&gt;CRM and point-of-sale systems&lt;/strong&gt; to register and manage sales activities&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comparing customer requirements with available products and providing the necessary technical information&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintaining stock levels and assisting with stock replenishment for the sub-store&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiating with customers and closing sales&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensuring excellent customer care at all times&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working towards sales targets and deadlines&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have &lt;strong&gt;previous sales experience&lt;/strong&gt;, preferably within a technical or retail environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess &lt;strong&gt;basic technical knowledge&lt;/strong&gt;, particularly related to &lt;strong&gt;air-conditioning systems and heat pumps&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be familiar with &lt;strong&gt;CRM systems&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Possess good negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be able to work to deadlines and targets&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Have good customer care skills&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain a professional and smart appearance&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be &lt;strong&gt;fluent in both English and Maltese&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrate willingness to learn&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar environment&lt;/strong&gt; will be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Experience, certificates or diplomas in related fields will also be considered an asset.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary package ranging between €18,000 – €22,000 per annum&lt;/strong&gt; depending on experience&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Team-based commission structure&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
