    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, a Maltese firm offering accountancy, advisory and corporate services to a wide range of international clients,&amp;nbsp;is currently looking to recruit a Senior Accountant join their team. This role offers the possibility to work on a part-time basis.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;As a Senior Client Accountant, you will be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality services to a portfolio of clients.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;You will ensure compliance with Maltese accounting and tax regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies and standards.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare client accounts up to management accounts level for a designated portfolio
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prepare and submit VAT and tax returns
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Handle payroll reports and submissions
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Adhere to internal controls and procedures
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Issue invoices and prepare payment instructions as needed
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with external auditors
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist clients with tax refund formalities
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;3-5 years of accounting experience in Malta
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ACCA-qualified or nearing completion within one year
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong knowledge of Maltese VAT and Tax Law
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficient in Microsoft Excel
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads efficiently
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong organizational skills, both personal and professional
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Team-oriented, with excellent communication skills across all levels
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Self-motivated with a structured approach to work
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Experience with QuickBooks is considered an asset
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Fluency in English, with Italian knowledge being a plus
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
