About This Job

We are currently on behalf of our client seeking to recruit a Senior Client Relationship Executive to join their growing team in Malta.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients, including direct and introducer-referred clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional intermediaries.
  • Take ownership of complex and high-value cases, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
  • Coordinate client requirements including documentation, accommodation, transportation, biometrics, and other relocation-related arrangements.
  • Prepare and review client documentation and submissions with a high level of accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure deadlines and client requirements are met.
  • Assist with the preparation and oversight of Letters of Engagement, agreements, and other administrative documentation.
  • Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client service.
  • Support Directors with introducer relationships, special client cases, and other projects as required.
  • Represent the client at selected international events or conferences when required.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in client relationship management, administration, immigration, relocation, financial services, or professional services is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with High Net Worth clients or professional intermediaries is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment is considered an asset.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities, and deadlines independently.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to take ownership and exercise sound judgement.
  • Ability to support and guide colleagues when required.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client support, events, or conferences.
