    	        	&lt;p&gt;Our client, a reputable Corporate Services Provider in Malta, is looking to expand their legal team with the addition of a &lt;strong&gt;Senior&amp;nbsp;Lawyer&lt;/strong&gt;. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a well-established firm and contribute to its continued success.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Provide legal guidance to clients and senior management.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Identify and mitigate corporate legal risks.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manage relationships with external law firms.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Advise on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Support transactions from a legal and compliance perspective.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Train and mentor junior lawyers.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct internal legal and regulatory workshops.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in written and spoken English.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;A recognized legal degree.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;
