Senior Manager - Corporate

AIMS International Malta is pleased to be recruiting a Corporate Senior Manager on behalf of an international Corporate Services Provider for their Malta office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of four corporate services managers, overseeing client portfolios with a focus on corporate governance and compliance.
• Develop and sustain strong business relationships with international clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate and arrange for accounting and tax advisory services, facilitating the drafting and review of agreements with internal or external advisors.
• Supervise a team of professionals to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery, working closely with tax, accounting, and business advisory teams.
• Act as a point of contact for international clients and liaise with global banks, accounting, and law firms.
• Stay updated on local compliance requirements, including AML and CSP licensing, collaborating with internal compliance functions and officers.
• Provide or coordinate accounting, tax, and legal advisory services, supporting the team on client-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with a corporate services role, ideally within a Maltese firm and in a similar leadership position.
• Background in corporate law, international corporate taxation, or European VAT is advantageous.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal; additional fluency in languages like German, French, Italian, or Spanish is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical, solution-oriented mindset.
