    	        	&lt;p&gt;AIMS International Malta is pleased to be recruiting a Corporate Senior Manager&amp;nbsp;on behalf of an international Corporate Services Provider for their Malta office.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Lead and manage a team of four corporate services managers, overseeing client portfolios with a focus on corporate governance and compliance.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop and sustain strong business relationships with international clients, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high corporate governance standards.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate and arrange for accounting and tax advisory services, facilitating the drafting and review of agreements with internal or external advisors.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Supervise a team of professionals&amp;nbsp;to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery, working closely with tax, accounting, and business advisory teams.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Act as a point of contact for international clients and liaise with global banks, accounting, and law firms.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Stay updated on local compliance requirements, including AML and CSP licensing, collaborating with internal compliance functions and officers.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Provide or coordinate accounting, tax, and legal advisory services, supporting the team on client-related projects as needed.
&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Extensive experience with a&amp;nbsp;corporate services role, ideally within a Maltese firm and in a similar leadership position.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Background in corporate law, international corporate taxation, or European VAT is advantageous.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong English language skills, both written and verbal; additional fluency in languages like German, French, Italian, or Spanish is beneficial.
	&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical, solution-oriented mindset.
