
About This Job
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking to recruit a Senior Payroll Administrator to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including client set-up, coordination, and issuance of billing.
- Handle monthly payroll processes, including coordination of payments to employees.
- Manage and coordinate payroll-related payments to third parties.
- Handle employee engagement processes, including onboarding and terminations within the payroll cycle.
- Prepare forms and documentation for clients.
- Register new companies with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus.
- Register new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus.
- Process employee terminations with Jobsplus and the IRD.
- Assist clients with payroll-related queries and issues.
- Coordinate internally to assess and respond to client needs.
- Support any other related payroll and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Shireburn Indigo payroll software.
- Payroll-related courses would be considered an asset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
